Welcome to our free version download page! PLEASE READ: As of July 2008, people have reported having problem with the free download. When you download the free extract from the ebook, you are acutually downloading the whole thing, and if/when you pay for the ebook, you are sent a User ID and Password. Apparently the problem deals with the program insisting on a User ID and Password even to scroll through the free version. The ebook software uses parts of your browser to work, and I suspect that an update to one of the browsers has caused this. I don't want people to have to waste time fooling with the program, so if you run into this problem, I am also making the free extract part of the ebook available directly on the website. All you should need to do is click on THIS LINK to go to that page. I'm working on it now, so it should be ready within a day or so. I am sorry for the inconvenience this has cause anyone.

You will need to download 2 files. You must also
be using a Windows-based operating system. It
does not run on a Mac.
The first file is the EBook Pro Viewer.
It is the program used to view the ebook.
The second file is the ebook itself.
You will need to right-click on the
first file name and then select
"Save Link As..."
or
"Save Target As..."
At that point a download window will be displayed.
Select a place to save the file. It is named
ebookviewer.exe.

"Save Link As..."

Once you have downloaded both files, go to where you
saved the ebookviewer.exe program and
double-click on the file name.
That will cause it to install the viewer program. Input
anything required from the installation program.
Next, go to where you saved the file
The Art and Science of Process Serving.ebk
and double-click on it.
That will cause the viewer to open and it will
open the ebook itself in the viewer.
You will now be in the ebook and be able to view
the free version of it.
When reading the free ebook if you click on the
Table of Contents link, you will be required to
enter the username and password that is
provided when you purchase the full ebook.
